It is a unique way of blinging up shoes for a wedding or evening event, and are best suited for high heel shoes. Simply slide over your shoe under the heel and then wrap around your ankle (see video below). The lobster clasp at the end makes it easy to attach it safely to your ankle and an extension chain allows for comfortable sizing.
